ABOUT ABOUT

Join us during Putnam County Service Unit's World Thinking Day 2022!  Those attending will have the chance to travel around the world and sample foods and collect S.W.A.P.S from different countries.

This event will be from 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, February 19.  The event will be held in the gym at St. John's United Methodist church in Scott Depot (4536 Teays Valley Road, Scott Depot).

Girl Scout registration includes: a sampling of food from around the world, a special lanyard to pin S.W.A.P.S on, and World Thinking Day 2022 badge.

Adults and Tagalongs (siblings of Girl Scouts) attending are welcome to try foods from around the world.

All attending must have a ticket.  PLEASE let us know of any food allergies for all attending so we can plan accordingly.

Deadline to register is February 12, 2022.

A table will be available for Girls to complete the steps needed to earn the official 2022 Girl Scouts World Thinking Day Badge.  If girls do not earn the badge, they can still wear it on the back of their vest as a fun patch.

We will be following COVID guidelines set by Girl Scouts of Black Diamound Council for this event.  This may include signing a COVID Waiver, COVID screening, temperature check, and wearing a mask during the event (and socially distancing when eating).  Forms and COVID screening will be available at the registration table.
